Jackie Kaur
I am an accredited Psychotherapist with the UKCP and adhere to the standards and ethics. of BACP.

My training to become a psychotherapist started at the Sherwood Institute where I completed a Masters in Humanistic Person-centered psychotherapist. I have since completed several continuous professional development which as lead me to become integrative in practice and therefore completed accreditation as a IPT Therapist, in addition I am a qualified supervisor

Over the past 15 years I have worked for and supervised in charitable organisations across the Midlands where I delivered long-term psychotherapy to clients who have suffered from severity related trauma. It was also important to me work within the NHS, therefore being employed by IAPT services for the past 8 years to deliver brief focused counselling for patients who experience depression and anxiety.

It is integral when engaging in therapy that you can feel safe and be able to trust your therapist and the therapeutic environment. Therapy is a place where you can process and explore your emotions and feelings within a private and confidential space with a non-judgmental approach.
Keiran Meht
I have been working as a psychotherapist for the past 11 years, providing therapeutic support to clients you want to enhance positive mental health well-being. Being a BACP accredited psychotherapist allows me to work in align with NICE guidelines and to the ethical framework developed by BACP.
I have a keen interest in supporting people who have experienced adversity and go on to utilise defence mechanisms to protect themselves from the internal conflicts, such as negative thoughts/rumination, intrusive thoughts and emotional withdrawal, which are triggered by current variables such as; people, professional career, social and economic pressures

I am a registered member of BACP and an accredited psychotherapist. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham in Humanistic Counselling Practice. I furthermore completed by postgraduate training in Trauma Studies and have continued to invest in continuous professional development related to delivery of my practice

My psychotherapy practice is delivered via telephone and online contact

At first I was very skeptical and thought something like counselling wasn't for me but after going through many difficulties patches in my life and personal relationships I reached out to Keiron. And I cannot praise Kieron enough for the advice during my counselling sessions. He has worked with myself and other family members through recommendations all with different issues and problems and catered to all our needs.

In 2021 I was struggling to complete my BACP, couldn't have asked for a better or more professional counsellor/tutor. Kieron observed my academic level, although I am aware of my weaknesses due to my learning difficulties when demonstrating academically linking my theory to practice when working with clients. He offered breaks in between studying, he focused on how to help me be more creative by using academic counselling language in my writing skills. He also encouraged me to work with bullet points when answering one question at a time. He then helped me to talk and describe my theoretical model and different theoretical approaches. This was to show how I collaborate my work with clients, for eg. clients who experience anxiety and the theoretical approach when working with one or two strands of clients experience within the APT short term therapeutic service. Whilst maintaining the NICE and the BACP framework. As this was a required to be a BACP accredited. I am pleased to say 'I AM PROUD OF MYSELF AS I HAVE PASSED MY BACP ACCREDIDATION,' with the thanks of Kieran!!

I have always thought and been of the belief that it is only you that can save yourself and pull yourself up from whatever darkness you are in. But, life is overwhelming sometimes, and we get list on the way; and then we need some sincere voice of reason, a helping hand, a form of support. Keiran has been that form of support for me. Keiran has been rooting for me and I feel blessed that to have come across such a genuine soul. And it is with great honor I can state. A brilliant mind, sincere in all respects, successfully helped me personally to remember the crucial things in life when I have forgotten them or when I have thought that I beat this thing called life.

And he does it eloquently. Leaving me to know and recall; that is perfectly fine to have slipped off a bit on our roads, it is perfectly allowed to make such mistakes in life as forgetting to say our prayers to those we pray to. And when we think we are in control! And when we think we can just forget! And when we cease to pray! Then is the time to exchange wise words with a friend, having you remember. Keiran reminds me that, we are only human
