Virtual Consultation

We provide therapeutic consultations via MS Teams. Cost is dependent on outcome.

 

If we are able to provide the therapeutic alliance, between client and counsellor then a cost of £15, if not the consultation will be free of charge. 

Couples

If you are feeling that the distress you are experiencing is filtering out into other parts of your life lately and nothing seems to lift your spirits, it may be time to seek help from licensed professionals. Meht psychotherapy couples therapy sessions helps patients develop positive attitudes towards life's complex challenges.

Sessions can take up to 75 mins at a cost of £65

Individual 

​

Counselling sessions are between 50 minutes and 1 hour at the cost of £50.

​

Due to the current cost of living crisis, concessions can be discussed during consultation for those on low-income

Aftercare Plan

​

After care is tailored to the clients needs and will encompass the wellness plan. You will be given a one-to-one appointment with your therapist once a month to discuss and see how the wellness plan is working for you and providing further techniques to support aftercare. 

The cost for an Aftercare session will be £50-£75 based on the economic status of the client and the level of detail of the Aftercare Plan. 

Build a Wellness Plan

To achieve the outcomes that are set in the consultation a personal wellness plan will be developed by the client and therapist. The wellness plan is client centered, and will be adapted to short/long term therapy. 

Cost of the wellness plan is £50-£75

Academic Support

​

We provide academic support to those students who are undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate in humanistic counselling psychology. 

​

We also provide support for those who strive to become accredited with UKCP, BACP and NCS.

 

We provide supervision/ mentoring for  practitioners who are responsible for undertaking challenging work with people. We ensure standards, enhanced quality, advanced learning, simulate creativity and support the sustainability and resilience to the work being undertaken,
